The owner was waiting us in front of the house. We made an agreement via whatsapp before our arrival. The owner was very nice, immediately available, if there was a problem with the water, he solved it within 10 minutes. In September, the place was very calm, the beach was empty, clean and maintained every day by a machine, the sea accessible and warm. The water flow in the shower was excellent, hot water was available without problems. Functional air conditioning, wifi, kitchen appliances. The shower outside worked just as well.

The location was great, we wanted a quiet area with direct access to the sea. There is a town nearby, 7 km away, with all amenities: restaurants, marina, fishing port, etc. Very nice hosts

The apartment is located in the middle of a km long line of houses on the sand dune above a sandy beach. The beach is not private but the plots of land on which the houses are located block access to the beach for anyone who is not in one of the houses. This means that you practically have an empty beach all to yourself all day and night. No need to reserve space on the beach with a towel or umbrella. And, even if the beach was full of people the water line is about 50 steps from the porch of the apartment.The apartment is equipped with everything you need (except maybe it could do with more than 2 coffee cups and bigger than for 1 person cofee maker)

Excellent apartment for the money, fully equipped in beautiful Greek style. Everything what you need was there, great quiet location and 30min from airport, 40min from Palermo. Thank you
