“Poor customer service”
Bad customer service. There is a culture there that a customer is a burden. Anything to be done for the customer is a burden and brings heavy weight to them.

The hotel is brilliant surrounded by a beautiful golf course very nice view too wake up too, members of staff are very friendly and helpful most speak English very well, rooms are clean and wheelchair friendly, parking is free, food has been very nice, I would recommend as a great place to stay undergoing mld surgery

The windows of my room faced the railway, and it was quite noisy. Also, it would be good to install sheer curtains

“Great golf hotel.”
I booked the hotel because it is beside the motorway and handy for my journey. I was probably the only person there who was not using the hotel for golf. The room was comfortable, the parking is free and the staff were all very friendly.

“The hotel is more for golfers than tourists”
The hotel is located on the territory of a golf club. Two advantages of the hotel: 1. 30 minutes by car to the center of Madrid. 2. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers for sunbathing. The breakfast is quite good - omelette, fresh bread, yogurt, pastries, fruit, coffee.

“A great stopover hotel on the outskirts of Madrid”
The hotel is perfect for a quiet break to rest or stop over if you are doing lots of travelling. It is on the outskirts of Madrid with not much around it other than a golf course and a retail park. We stayed for one day whilst travelling north and had a lovely time. We had the pool to ourselves and the lifeguard was really friendly and super attentive. The rooms were nice and big and the shower was fantastic and everything was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend staying here, as it is great value for money and all the staff were all friendly and helpful.

“Great resort - good value for money:-)”
great rooms with amazing views of the golfcourse - Huuuge bed:-) very comfortable. Big bathroom with everything you need, great towels. Good breakfast - simpel, but with quality products. The pictures does not do this property justice - it is very cool. Reception very helpful:-)
