“Should not be allowed”
It ia badly marketed. A. Rathole. Stair thar never pass security. Never pass fire inspection etc. Host very indifferent. First time paid and left and will fight for my money back. Disgusting

Location was difficult to find and no parking apparently. My main grievance was that no one was manning the phone so couldn't speak to anyone Consequently I had to abandon my stay at great expense and spent the night elsewhere

The location is the best cause it’s near the church Magistral and the calle mayor. The room has a small balcony which makes me feel very happy and gives me a wonderful view.

“Great place to stay for a longer visit in Alcala”
Great location next to an iconic cathedral with many restaurants. Room and bathroom was kept clean every day, also providing soap and toilet paper replacements. Friendly and humoristic personell.
