The accommodation was in a very nice location that serves. The cleanliness was excellent, it had all the amenities. If I visit the area again, I am sure I would like to stay there. The hospitality experience was perfect.

“Nice spacious apartment close to the town center”
Nice spacious apartment, close to the town center, located in a quite area. The flat was recently renovated and the bed was very conformable. On the plus side, it also had and espresso machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room was quite spacious and very clean, as it was well-maintained. Choosing a ground-floor unit made it convenient for drying laundry. It was also convenient because essential household items like a drying rack were well-provided. The central areas, such as the City Hall and Cervantes' House, were within a 10-minute walk. The downside was that it took a while for the indoor temperature to rise, so it was quite cold at first.

I have found the accommodation very quickly based on clear instruction received from the host. The house is situated close to historical centre as well as close to train station. Everything inside and outside was clean, so we feel comfortable. Thank you very much

Casa del Eboni was amazing, like a home away from your home, everything you could need in a flat and more, just off the main road in town. Definitely will be staying there on any future trips to Alcalá.

“Great Town, Location and excellent accomodation”
Spacious accomodation with everything you need in the kitchen. Great host who help with all needs. Location is very central of town and short walk to train station or Bus just around the corner.

We have spent nice week with this house. we felt like home because everything was provided. The house is very clean and cozy and the staff is so kind to us. She allowed me to check in early and let me store my luggage after check out. She was always quick to contact us and was very helpful to us.

“Quite and Affordable Apartment”
The location is great. 8 mins to the train station. And few minutes to Dia and Carrefour supermarket. It's so quite we slept like a baby. No noise. Well lit, clean and the towels are available. They also have 2 tiny bottles of body soap and shampoo. Toilet is enough for our 4 night stay. Heater is working well.Great wifi. Big bed. The towels in bed is cute and the chocolates is appreciated. Kitchen utensils are available. They also have fee coffee capsules and sugar. Oil and vinegar. TV is working fine. The sofa is comfortable and the dining table is just the right size for us. Hangers are available.I booked the one on the ground floor with the open space and it's so nice.

“A lovely stay - I would come back again”
The front gate and room codes were provided seamlessly on the booking.com platform The codes certainly provided a great degree of flexibility for myself and the property manager. I would like to see many businesses adopt a self-checkin when 24 hour reception isn't possible. Grether (property manager) was very attentive in her communication The apartment was clean, modernly designed, bright and spacious. Internet connection was reliable and stable The apartment was also fully stocked with ameneties -which made it a wonderful home away from home. Welcome chocolate pieces on the bed was a delightful surprise. Great location - close to public transport, historical sight seeing spots and grocery shops
