“Disappointed”
Rooms are very spacious and cleaned to a good standard. Balcony and view are a good bonus. Bar staff were friendly. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was very nice

The spa was in the basement it had no lift, not even a handrail. I use a wheelchair. They knew I'm disabled but didn't tell me. I booked an accessible room but the shower was small. Good job I took a stool

Quiet area outside Madrid. Pool not open. 25degree during our stay. Staff unfriendly & unhelpful. Food in Bistro bar unimaginative & restrictive,. Nicely air conditioned in gereral areas, but bedroom airconditioners not working. Room very warm.

Nice sized room, great balcony, aircon fab, parking easy, close to motorway & 10 min walk to a choice of restaurants. Pool lovely to cool off in after a long day.

“Reasonable place for short business stay.”
Good hotel, especially for easy access to the highway. Very close to the airport and a shopping mall. Parking is very convenient. The pool access of the first floor rooms were nice and had outside seating. The bar is open until 23 and has reasonable prices. All in all, good place for short business stays.

There was a pool - but it was raining. So I could not use it. The room are very quiet, the breakfast was nice.

“Overall, this was an average hotel and we would rate the hotel a 3 star not a 4 star.”
The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and good quality toiletries. Staff were friendly. Wifi was free and good. Evening meal in cafeteria was very nice and pastry selection at breakfast was good. Fresh orange juice was delicious.
