“Great apartment, comfy, quiet and clean, at the heart of Alcala”
The apartment is like new, perfectly clean and very comfortable. It is also pretty well equipped. The location is perfect, at the centre of Alcala. Despite this, the apartment is very calm as it gives on an internal court and not on the animated Cervantes square.

“Great location but cold so take dressing gowns and slippers”
Great location, spacious, newly fitted out. Quiet inside with no noise from outside even though is close to restaurants etc. Management company were quick to respond when we advised them the shower was leaking (they dropped round more towels so we could mop the floor).

The location being right on the plaza and around the corner from the main street is unbeatable. It is very well taken care of and maintained. It feels safe, is quiet, and physically clean. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, we would stay here again!

The location was second to none. Superb views on Plaza Cervantes, including several storks nesting on church towers. Supermarket only four minutes away.

“Great 2 bedroom apartment in Alcala”
The location of the apartment is perfect and near everything in Alcala. Despite being at the busy Plaza Cervantes, we did not hear any noise, especially at night when it can be quite noisy. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. There was no view of the plaza outside, which was fine for us, but you do have a view of the neighbouring apartments. All the rooms have heating and air conditioning. There is not a safe in the apartment, however the door to the street and to the apartment seemed very secure when locked. We did not feel security was an issue. The key collection was simple and at the El Bedel hotel, which is just across the other side of Plaza Cervantes.

“Fantastic location in a beautiful square surrounded by countless restaurants but still quiet.”
Keys collected from nearby hotel so very easy. Beautiful and spotless apartment in great location in main pedestrian square. Area was lively and great atmosphere but apartment still very quiet. Air-con was a blessing. Walking distance from train station.
