“Absolutely disgraceful I should be refunded as the room had made me very sick from mould unsafe for”
Nothing My room 305 was found open 3 times when I returned from being out, the room is unsafe I developed a sinus infection from the mould in room. I had to go to doctors to get antibiotics to help me try to get over current infection. The room is totally unsafe the fire protection does not meet standards. I will be seeking a refund for 5 days as this room caused me to be sick and ruined my stay in Albury Absolutely appalling accommodation worst I have ever seen.

Room maintenance should have been better, very stinky like someone had never been here from last one year ,, very poor quality. Nothing to say good about it !!

“Way below average but staff were great especially Bec”
Area did not feel safe as people were hanging around alleyway. Also carpark is at the end of this alleyway so we did not feel safe walking up to the accommodation which those people there.
