I like the location, its just behind a beautiful sta monica church, 20mins away from island city mall, close to baclayon churh, and a good start point going to tarsier sanctuary and chocolate hills. The room is spacious, has a refrigirator, kitchen utensils, and a water dispenser. The aircon and shower heater works perfectly.

“Backpackers and real visitors's perfect place to be”

Everything was great ! We were two brothers looking for a place in Bohol where you are with the locals, with exercising possibilities and a good apartment to stay in for 2 weeks and this was all we needed. The kitchen is nice you just have to ask for what you need and they'll bring it to you, you have a hot and cold water fountain which is very nice, fridge freezer sink and tap. Simple but very effective kitchen ! They refill the water when it runs out and you have dishwashing soap as well. The bathroom is great as well, the showerhead is a nice plus but like most philipino houses the jet power isn't the best but the bucket is the best old fashioned way and it's with a very good tap to fill it up so no wait for it. They also give some basic amenities for a bathroom which is a little small for soap and shampoo but with all the rest for that price it would be ridiculous to ask for more you can buy some next door if you're staying for long. They provide plenty of toilet paper as well. The room itself is good with perhaps a little lack of storage for more than 1 person but the beds are effective, the sofa's great and the table and chairs are simple but effective. The exterior is probably the best for this value as you have the tennis ground (to be fair we kept saying we wanting to try but never took the actual time to do it) but also a pool ! The pool was an amazing plus as a refreshment, sports possibility and activity. The pool is always very full and clean apart from occasional insects falling in but again being in the jungle makes it completely logic. You can swim on a wide range of time so no stress about annoying hotel hours or something like that and you have lights that can be turned on at night.
