The location was perfect within easy reach of Marina and also beach only 10 min walk away, easy to get Ubers for any further travel…lots of nice restaurants close by without needing to go to the Marina if you don’t want too. The Villa has excellent facilities and we were a family of 8 with 6 adults and 2 children and it is more than big enough. The response from the host to any issues was quick and prompt. I would recommend the Lidl over the Aldi if needing a bigger shop…excellent store and range. Getting about is easy and Uber is very reasonable.

The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family holiday. A short walk from restaurants and beach. Very accommodating hosts, who allowed us an early check in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lots of space for a family or group of friends to stay together but still have some privacy and space with your own rooms and bathrooms. Spacious lounge and dining area. Lovely outdoor pool area to socialise and relax in the sun together. Lovely views across towards the Marina Being the other side of Albufeira Marina means is is nice and calm and peaceful away from the busy Old Town.

A lot of space, nice pool and a lot of beds

Amazing location. 10 to 15 min walk from Marina, and a short taxi ride away from the old town. People in other reviews moaning it was a bit out of the way. We liked this. And it's not exactly a secret. There is a map, so I'm not sure what they were expecting. The villa is beautiful. Huge with great facilities, we were a family aged 71 down to 14 years old, and all loved it. Armando was very helpful. When we arrived, 1 air conditioning unit wasn't working, and a shower bracket was broken. He came out within the hour and repaired them both. Amazing weather. The pool was great. Clean, spacious. Would definitely return.

Really spacious villa, great for large families, especially as everyone had their own bathroom and there was an extra one too on the ground floor.

The gardeners arrived very early in the morning without any notice, apart from that it was great

Everything was good just had bad time with taxi booked return taxi to airport and the taxi did not turn up so had to pay Uber around 80euros

Very spacious villa with all that is required for a great holiday. 4 double bedrooms all with their own bathroom (2 twins on top floor, double on ground floor and double in basement). Good communication with owners. Pool was great to have and a great view over the marina. It is a little walk down the hill to the marina; we were informed of a shortcut down a slope - took 10 minutes. We also had a car for golf - needed as there were no nearby shops either.

The property is huge! for a family of 4 it’s more than plenty. There is a great amount of kitchen equipment. The panini press is a great addition. plenty of bathrooms for each member of the family. The pool is lovely with good views of the marina. Definitely need a car as it is a bit out of the way but the upside is that it makes the Villa totally peaceful. Great selection of supermarkets near by. There is a small marina about a 15 minute walk away with a few eateries but for better restaurants and nightlife I recommend a drive to Vilamoura marina (35 minutes) or Albufeira old town (10 minutes.) Nice beach at Albufeira.

“Spacious villa that could do with some maintenance”

The space in the villa is excellent and the gates blocking the external stairs and pool area make it safer for children. We had 6 adults and 2 young children which didn't feel cramped at all
