Great Location, Aldi across the road, great bakery.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! Leonel was very accommodating (also very patient as we were running a bit late too!) and gave us a your of the apartment and facilities. He also creates a very thoughtful booklet with guides for how to use the appliances and places to visit. Although it is situated by a busy road, there are double glasses doors and windows so we couldn't hear the traffic. New town and it's beaches is a short walk away and there is an Aldi opposite which made it very convenient. Would highly recommend and we would come again! :)

On arrival at the property we were met by the host who was welcoming and attentive. He showed us the amenities of the apartment. This apartment is well fitted out and a real home from home. Kitchen is fully equipped with the bonus of a full sized oven, dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for our 5 week stay. New windows have been fitted to reduce the noise from the main road outside the apartment and we did not experience any noise when we were in bed at night. There is a pool area which is attractive with sun beds, a well maintained garden and is only a short walk away through the apartment block. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift available, the supermarket is across the road and there are bus stops and restaurants nearby, there is a designated parking area should you wish to hire a car while staying there.

“We made the best of it and still enjoyed ourselves”

The property was advertised overlooking the pool, it was not it was overlooking a very busy street. We were about 8 meters from the very busy street. Constant traffic day and night. Very very noisy. Had this property been advertised as it was we would have never rented it. When we complained about it we were told somebody was asked to remove the pool view from the advertisement. Needless to say it was a big disappointment.

Great spot. The strip is couple a min away but far enough to not hear the sounds. Privat area! Aldi across the street. Old strip on the other side of it. The Hop on hop off bus stop is almost at the door. Just an amazing spot. Highly recommended for a quiet stay! Has all accommodations for children too. So the family stay is perfect at this location. You can see the ocean from there. What else do you need!

This accomodation is a fully equipped flat in a building block. The flat has everything you need (oven, microwave oven, towels, TV with many channels,fast and reliable internet, large room, dining table etc. We loved the pool and the environment with any palm trees. Aldi just opposite of the street, Continente, Intermarch, Pingo Doce etc are just 5-8mins y car. The host is awesome, available and helpful.
