“The most enjoyable holiday we can remember”

From the minute you arrive at reception it’s the friendliest place I’ve ever been the food is good the rooms are lovely literally cannot find one fault

Great place to go with kids. Big resort but not too spread out. Three pools. Kids pool is technically for 3 years and up but was a small slide my 2 year old could use and a little splash zone she really enjoyed. The kids club and activities were fantastic to keep everyone busy during the day. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. Loads of options which changed everyday (including healthy options and kids options). The chocolate pie dessert and morning pastries were to die for! Staff overall were beyond fantastic. From reception, to restaurant staff and the entertainment staff went above and beyond for us at all times. Everyone was amazing with my two year old and all staff were so attentive and helpful. I dont think ive been to a resort with more helpful and lovely staff. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. They provided all we needed for the baby (cot etc). We were in apartment 22 which was great location to the pool and main reception/restaurant but also nice and quiet as we were looking out from the resort onto a road/mountain opposite us. Location of the resort is out of town. I dont think you would walk it, especially as Eden is up a big hill from Albufeira. Small supermarket down the road (about 10 mins) which is much cheaper than mini market on resort but again walk is back up a hill so bear that in mind. Free shuttle bus from resort was fantastic and the bus driver was absolutely lovely!

This was our second trip and it was fantastic. The food was amazing. The accommodation spotless and really comfortable. The entertainment staff were brilliant with the kids my 2 boys loved it especially the soccer

Great large villa with private pool. Nice amenities and modern kitchen with all utensils and laundry room. Very good cleaning crew every day to feel the hotel feeling.

“Total relax - perfect experience”

All the staff was kind, smiling and helpful all the time. The villa was clean, really spacious, with all amenities and really confortable beds. The food was delicious, very well made and the best quality I have ever found in a buffet restaurant, with a lot of offers and variety every day. The Spa experience was super relaxing and the shuttles to the town and beach easy. The cocktails included in the all inclusive were very nice and my kids (9 and 7 yo) enjoyed the kids vclub activities.

“Great for families with young kids”

Staff were amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent. Aqua zone for kids was great facility. Shuttle service to Albufeira Old Town is a wonderful addition. Villa was very clean and spacious. The child proofing (stair gates and door locks) is great. Pool very clean (cold though). It didn't stop the kids. Lots of parasols. Seats not an issue in May. Grounds are very well maintained. Loved the bakery service in the morning. The baby concierge service is great.

Very clean, staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were great. Kids had a great time playing tennis and soccer. Would definitely recommend.

For an all inclusive the food buffet is normally poor at most places but the food here was excellent. Good range of healthy hot and cold foods, very tasty, kids liked too. Would definitely recommend go all inclusive for food

“A lovely stay at Eden”

Our 3rd visit and Eden has improved each time we have visited. It's great to see the ongoing investment. Great facilities, villas are very large and well equipped even with plastic kids bowls plates and utensils (great touch) The layout is very clever with all of the pools in the middle so you are never far away. The app is brilliant. You know all of the activities happening each day. Very friendly and helpful staff Frequent free bus to the town, Marina and shopping center.
