We were not satisfied with the service at this property. The owner is rude and does not know how to communicate with guests. When you send messages through Booking.com or by email, nobody responds. We had a late check-in and informed them everywhere a day in advance, but nobody replied. As a result, we were driving at 10:00 PM without knowing whether we would be able to check in with our 4-year-old child. When we arrived, we spent about 20 minutes looking for someone who could give us the keys. We booked through Booking.com, but before this stay we had several other bookings, so we forgot that this property only accepts cash payments. When the owner finally arrived, he immediately started shouting, asking where the money was and demanding payment. There was no internet connection at the property and the mobile signal was very poor. We explained that we thought we had paid by card through Booking.com and wanted to check the reservation details. He continued shouting and even forced us, including our child, to wait outside in the cold at night. Our child was frightened, and the owner kept yelling and losing his temper. He also did not provide the Wi-Fi password. Eventually, we managed to find a signal, clarified the situation, and paid. The accommodation itself smelled of dampness, but otherwise it matched the photos and had everything we needed. We were satisfied with the accommodation itself, but the owner's behavior toward us was terrible. After check-out, we again spent about 20 minutes looking for him to return the keys, while we were in a hurry to catch a flight. We never found him and ended up giving the keys to a cleaner. I cannot recommend this place because the owner's attitude may ruin your entire vacation.

Very clean and comfortable place. Kitchen has many things as blender, orange juice maker plus to basic things. The owner was very kind and gentle, he gave us a key late night. Location is great, we had electric scooter and can reach the beach, the bird observation point, and Albufeira old town.

Close to all amenities - restaurants, Aldi, bus stop etc. 45-minute walk to the beach at Albufeira. Quiet location.

It's our 3rd time hear and we like the fact that it's close to our favourite beach but yet in a quiet place. The apartment is excellent and the enormous varanda overlooks the pool. The shared areas are very well looked after and there are ample stretchers for everyone. You can also grill outside and even eat outside. Parking is also not a problem. Definitely a place I'd recommend to stay.

Loved the place. Easy private parking, equipped kitchen. Short notice check in. The host was kind and said we could check out at noon. We didn't, but it was friendly and kind of him to offer. The location is excellent if you have a car. Good lights!

The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Host was very helpful and dealt with any issues professionally. Nice, clean, spacious rooms.

Deep pool, very private, close to the beach, and only a quick drive to Albufeira town. The ladies cleaning were so friendly, didn't speak much English but were able to communicate enough for out needs. Very affordable! Perfect for our stay as we just needed somewhere to sleep and pool to relax at as we were out most of the trip and ate out. I would stay again.

property was fine for a cheap holiday everything we needed aircon kept the place cool good big fridge with a big enough freezer and full size cooker microwave toaster coffee machine, good shop ten min walk to the right as you come out the drive, nice wee cheap restaurant to the left 2 min walk bus stop outside the place but not a lot of busses good long walk to the beach along quiet roads turn left when you go out the drive take first left go to end turn left then first right easy to get to after that great beaches also long board walk near marshland for bird watchers watch the mozies though
