Villa Alta Vista is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The property is well equipped with all that you could need ranging from high speed wifi to all cutlery, pots and pans that we needed. The property was clean upon arrival and Mark and Steve were fantastic in letting us in quickly and explaining a few things about the property. The swimming pool was fantastic, extremely clean and well looked after as someone comes to maintain the people every week. The location of the apartment is also good, being a 5 minute drive from 3 major supermarkets (30mins by foot) and you can get into the town centre of Albox quickly also. We had a fantastic 3 week stay at the property and enjoyed it very much. I can definitely recommend this property for a relaxing and sunny getaway.

From our initial welcome by Mark and Stephen into our final good byes our villa and hosts could not be faulted! The villa is beautiful with amazing views of the mountains. The pool and outside is super, as is the inside. Every home comfort is provided and all done so tastefully!

“Lovely Villa not so the Host”

The host Mr Nasty expected everyone to have access to his directions which consisted of Longitude figures which is fine if you have constant GPS He was discerningly rude just because we were a lot later than he wanted us to be, that said when you arrive at the Villa there is nothing to say the name of the actual villa no name plate on the gate pillars so not a good start. He complained to us that we had “wasted his time” it was a different matter a day or so later when he was asking us if we could put a switch on and plug the boiler in obviously an oversight on his behalf which he could have checked while he was waiting for us to arrive, so none of us are perfect Mr Host . Other than that we had a nice stay some issues with the Pool filtration which created a constant noise from the filters as the water level was low but we were informed by the host in a sharp text that the filters were on a timer “you don’t need to look after the swimming pool at all” but in actual fact the filters were left on permanently by the pool man who forgot to close the lid on the pump and electrics box too, on his second visit I pointed this out to the pool man who apologised and put the filters back on timer, sometimes he needs to listen to people we never complain for no reason. Good points the Villa is clean and comfortable the area is quiet, Pool is nice just don’t upset the host.
