The apartment was clean, comfortable and super cozy. Very quiet at night and just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can get everything you need. Would def come back :)

“Great apartment on the beach”

The apartment was comfortable, and the view from the terrace was fantastic—you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The owner was extremely helpful, responding swiftly to all our questions and accommodating every request, for which we are truly grateful. The gym, beach, and grocery store are all within 100 meters of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

“Most comfortable apartment in Valencia”

Super apartment! It was clean and comfortable. You can stay there, like at home. There is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, induction cooker/stovetop, microwave oven, electric kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine... It was very kind that there where some coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and tablets for the washing machine. So we could drink a cup of coffee when we arrived. The towels and the bed linen have a good quality. There is enough space in the bathroom to store your cosmetics and clothes. Beds were very comfortable with large blankets. The terrace is really big. There is a beautiful sea view. The beach is really near and also the Consum grocery store. In the inner courtyard there is a small playground, which is very good if you have children. We were there in March, when the temperature is cold in the night, so it was very good, that we had a good heating inside. We could find free and save parking space at the rear entrance of the building. I can just recommend to book this apartment. If I were to visit Valencia again with my family, I would stay here again! :)

Everything about the flat was perfect, the host's colleague who welcomes us was very nice and welcoming, the flat was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. they had coffee pods for the coffee machine which was very nice. They provided two chairs and a beach umbrella which is also very cool!

The host messaged me recommendations and everything leading up to key collection was very clear and easy. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. Great location.

Apartment was great, it was big and cosy. The pool was big and has perfect temperature of water. And it was close to the beach, 3 minutes by walk.

Very clean and pristine condition, everything working well, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Beach equipment and everything provided so it was a very comfortable stay overall

“Perfect beach and city location for Valencia.”

Vittorio the host met me at the apartment, kindly allowed me to drop off my suitcase until check in time and then messaged me with lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. This was really refreshing and reassuring after the previous experience staying in the city of Valencia itself where the host was unhelpful. The apartment was really well equipped even providing beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. There was coffee capsules and a complimentary bottle of wine too. Really quiet at night and I had the best sleep due to the blackout shutters and sound proofing. The neighbourhood felt authentically Spanish, just Spanish residents going about their business and probably a destination for Spanish holiday makers. There's a yoga centre, surfing and a municipal gym and pool 2 minutes away. The 31 bus takes you straight into the city in 35 minutes and is on the same street as the apartment. Location wise it's probably the best holiday apartment I've ever stayed in! The pool wasn't open when I was there as it was April but the paddle courts were. I would definitely return.

They thought of everything! Beach chairs and beach umbrella is supplied. Towels were supplied specifically for the swimming pool. Fridge was stocked with water.

The flat was very clean and the decoration leads to calm. The beach is close and the swimming pool is a bonus after spending time in the beach.

I particularity appreciated the electric shutters! We liked all the facilities and how the apartment was decorated.
