It was comfortable, clean and had all we needed. The apartment was close to the beach and the bus route to Valencia city centre.

“Fantastic Home from Home”
Excellent communication from the host Vittorio before and during our stay. Apartment was very spacious, clean and very well equipped with every appliance you need for a home from home. Very safe apartment with 24hr security and lovely area. No31 bus stop right outside the apartment and only 2 euros each way to anywhere - we went to Old Town. Less than 10 mins from the beach, supermarkets, bars and places to eat. We went for Valencia Half and the start/finish line on Avenida dels tarongers was only 25 minute walk

Such a lovely stay. Lovely accommodation that was beautifully furnished and helpful staff. It was also amazing to have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Comfortable and clean apartment, has everything you need. Great location as well, 200m from Patacona beach, and easy to get to the city centre (approx. 5km away): there is a bus stop nearby, or you can rent bikes in a shop close to the nearby supermarket.

Great apartment on the beach, very quiet and well equipped kitchen. 2 grocery shops are close by and easy to go to town centre or the museums from the bus stop in front of building.

A spacious and clean apartment, good to stay for a family with 1-2 kids, close to the sea. The kitchen has everything you need, even the olive oil and salt . The area is safe. The host is very friendly and answers quickly.
