Receptionist said they weren't expecting us . Eventually found us a room on 2nd floor , a decent walk from lift , I told them I needed room on ,1st floor ,I have walking diff. Nothing to say no food was available but if booked early afternoon could be delivered . Excellent Hotel for disabled

The location was really good. The 24 hour reception was a pleasure and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very well presented and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We will definitely return and stay again soon.

The apartment was spacious ,modern and very clean. Fantastic walk in shower in the spacious bathroom. Lovely terrace with good size table and comfortable chairs overlooking the pool which had sun all day. Excellent location for the beach and bars and restaurants. Also there is a regular bus service with stops nearby to other towns round about and even to Benidorm. The complimentory water and wine was a nice welcoming touch.
