“Enjoyed our stay”
Location excellent for restaurants, shopping beach and public transport . Very spacious villa , bathrooms and bedrooms modern and clean . Pool and pool area relaxing with warm outside shower . Collection of keys and communication very straight forward and allowed early check in / late check out

Villa is a good size and plenty of room , comfortable large bedrooms . Enjoyed using the pool . Great bathrooms . Well equipped kitchen . Good location in quiet area even though close to a large hotel

Amazing week stay at Casa Alan, the pool and outside space is outstanding although there were lots of ant, not sure if these type of things are treated in Spain. The villa was perfect and suited our needs with excellent air conditioning. There are 3 double bedrooms in the main villa with 2 bathrooms then up a set of outside stairs to another twin room and toilet. this suited us perfectly but can see if you have young children the bedroom with only outside access and the pool not sectioned off would be a worry. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, I took 7 dishwasher tablets with me and so never once washed up, we didn't use the laundry room so cant comment. I notice other reviewers say the pool had tiles missing and the outside furniture could do with an update, maybe a new set of cushions but I expect it doesn't take long for the cushions to appear sun bleached. As for the missing tiles in the pool, I'm not sure how this could be repaired without draining the pool and I suspect in high season its back to back bookings, I'm hoping when we return next year they will of been able to do the minor repairs. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, a couple had a locked cupboard which I assume contains the owners personal items but still plenty of space to unpack your own clothes.
