Great location, definitely would love to go back. Excellent swimming pool,clean, warm water, green area Tennis court. Comfortable apartment, with balcony and great view. Definitely would recommend staying over.

“Didn't want to come home”

The apartment was a good size, plenty of space for a family of four on holiday. Lovely modern kitchen which joined with the living area making a pleasant social area. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the second being a twin and just about right for two children. Both shower rooms were in good condition and the drench showers were perfect. Easily enough room on the balcony for relaxing in the evening. Everything was clean and tidy and we never felt that we needed any additional equipment or utensils, which is often the case in self catering apartments. Outside, the grounds were very well kept and maintained regularly. The pool area was peaceful, everyone was respectful of others and it was very rarely busy. The apartment has two sun loungers that you can take down to the pool area as required. The best thing about the apartment for us was the location. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and bars along the Bulevard, or if you wanted more shops you could take the slightly longer route along the Avenue de l'Albir. Supermarkets were easily accessible on foot. Albir itself has everything you would need and we managed to have a car free holiday. The beach is shingle, which means the water is clear for snorkeling, and the sea was calm. If feeling a bit more energetic the walks in the Sierra Helada park are well worth the effort. If you need any refreshments after there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, all tastes catered for. We didn't get near trying everywhere that we wanted to eat.
