Overview
Set in a century-old pine wood, Golfo di Maremma Village offers self-catering accommodation with a patio, 100 metres from the sandy beach in Albinia. It features a restaurant and a miniclub for children. Air-conditioned bungalows at the Golfo di Maremma Village have modern décor, a refrigerator, and a TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower. The restaurant is open daily and serves gluten-free meals on request. A bar is also available. Guests can enjoy activities such as water aerobics or dance lessons, and rent parasols plus deckchairs for the beach. Orbetello and its lagoon are a 20-minute drive from the property, while chic Monte Argentario is 20 km away. The Maremma Natural Park can be reached by car in 30 minutes.

“Awesome staff, thin walls.”
Right off the bat, I would've given this place a 5* if it was solely for the staff. Anyhow, location would depend if you've got a car or not. If you've got a car which is what I would recommend when you're visiting these parts of Italy then it's manageable. Close to Albinia, a few mins drive to orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano. Now if you're going to use public transport, bus stops are 25 mins walk and buses run sparingly. The place itself is ok, you've got the bar, the restaurant, an arcade and playground for the kids. The beach, although sandy was not as clear as the ones we saw in Porto Santo Stefano, still nice to take a dip if the water wasn't cold. Thankfully, all the staff were just awesome. From the reception, to the people from the kitchen and to the guy who picked us up from the airport, all very helpful, nice and kind. They offer packed lunches/breakfast if you need them, the chef cooked early for us 😭😭. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone, it made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable.
