Superior tent was perfect for family of 4 (kids under 9): comfy beds, working fridge, covered space to eat outside. We were 200m from the sea, 1 min walk from the bank of barbecues, exceptionally clean toilets, & (free, hot) showers. Shade from the pines is perfect. Plenty for kids to do and explore safely.

Free half hour rentals of pedalos and kayaks. The beach/forest location was great. The single beds were comfortable. The shower was good. It felt like a friendly place.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect mix of comfort and outdoor experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important because the temperatures outside were around 35 C We appreciated the barbecue area with several grills, so even though there were more of us, it was not a problem to find available grill and grill as long as we needed.

Great location right next to the beach. Complex has a store, pool, washing facilities, and restaurants which is super convenient. Would recommend!

I stayed in Coco tent and it was very good experience, like glamping. It was quiet and safe, the place also has good atmosphere, beauty and close to nature.

Great campsite, we used it as a one night stop over between Pisa and Rome to let the kids have some pool/beach time between cities The “Tent” was actually a static home with awning and decking on the front, nice and simple, clean, good shower. The pool and beach access were what made this a great stay, beach is literally a few minutes walk via a gated entrance which you have a key for. Shops were good on site and we had some good food at the restaurant. After checking out you are apparently able to stay and enjoy the facilities for the following day too which is good though we didn’t make use of this.

Generally We had good time with 4 children. Everything was close to our lodge. A lot of trees gave us shade. Nice location.
