“Excellent hotel with spacious rooms in a convenient location”
Convenient location: the apartments are located in a quiet location near the center of Albina d'Ivrea and a little over 100 km from Malpensa Airport, close to the highway. Convenient parking in front of the hotel building. Spacious apartment of 40 m2 with a separate bedroom, living room with dining table, balcony and kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is provided right in the room and contains ham, eggs, cheese, milk, coffee, rolls, croissants, cookies, jam, and so on. The hostess, the charming Caterine, added breakfast items every morning as needed. Every day she cleaned the apartment, made sure everything we needed was there, and changed the towels.

Everything! It was easy to find. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived, and was given a gate key so I could bring my moto inside. The apartment was very well appointed, superb, and exceptionally clean, as well as being attended every day. Breakfast was lovely, the bed was comfy and all was good. Thank you for everything.

“Excellent place to stay, friendly and caring host”
This place was perfect. It is comfy, the host is very helpful and friendly, clean, the apartments are nearly new. It is well located for travelling around, services and restaurants are nearby.

“Comfortable and very clean”
Caterina is the best Booking host we have stayed with. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the lounge was very nice. Breakfast plentiful with home made bread rolls every day. If we visit Ivrea again we will definitely be back. Oh and brilliant mosquito nets on the windows.

“Exceptional bed and breakfast, hosted by a lovely lady,”
Stylish design and exceptionally clean property, made me feel like I was in a top class hotel. Lots of small touches to make you feel pampered. It was a hot day but Caterina had thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in the room in advance so I was comfortable on arrival. After a long day’s drive I slept like a log in the king size bed and left in the morning refreshed. The fast internet connection was a bonus. Great value for money too! Shame I was passing through I would like to take the time to explore the area, very beautiful countryside.

“Couldn't have asked for more from a stop over while travelling”
Absoulutely spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful owner. Bedroom is like a luxury hotel and even my fussy pillow requirements were met. Good wifi and TV signals, nice little breakfast provided in the acommodation and very well equipped. Location couldn't be more convenient for travelling. We rarely stay in the same place twice when travelling, but we will happily return here. Thank you Caterina, for your hospitality.

The room was very clean, with all the equipments. The staff was kind and lovely. The local products delicious. The breakfast excelllent!! Everything was great and we had a perfect stay thanks to caterina who had prepared everything (even fresh hand made bread and fresh eggs)!
