Situated a few minutes walk from centre of Albertville, at the foot of the medieval town of Conflans, this hotel welcomes you in a stunning setting between the Maurienne and Tarentaise Valleys. Auberge de Costaroche benefits from a privileged location from which you can enjoy numerous walks and bike rides in a gorgeous mountain setting. In the winter, you will appreciate the immediate proximity of some of the Savoie and Haute Savoie regions ski resorts. The restaurant serves tasty, traditional cuisine in a cosy dining room. In the summertime, you can enjoy your meals in the shaded park or on the terrace.

“Lovely staff but condition of the hotel rooms needs improving”
Lovely lady on front desk. Very friendly and accommodating. Appreciated being able to check in 10 mins after the stated time that check in closed. Breakfast was fine, although a little expensive for what it was. Beds were clean and comfy.

Very easy to find. Very good welcome. Comfortable beds. Staff made a great effort to be helpful and nice. Supper was a simple menu but very good.

The Food!!! The pasta bolognaise was amazing! All sourced locally and the staff were fab! The property is basic but perfectly reasonable for a nights stay before going up the mountain after driving down through France.

“Location, staff and food. Not least the price. All perfect”
We have used Auberge de Costaroche many times over the years as the perfect stop off from Calais to the alps. Easy day drive, get up early in ski gear, skiing by mid morning. An extra days skiiing! It is such a great start to holidays in the alps.
