Very neat accommodation with a friendly host in a secure area. Comfy beds and stylish furnishings. Plenty of hot water and a little kitchenette with all you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best places I have stayed in, in the area.

It felt welcoming, was clean and neat and it had a wonderful, working bathtub. The owner was very attentive and messaged to see if we had everything we needed etc.

The place is absolutely amazing, very clean and the owner is a very lovely person. I had a very late check-in due to delays on my side but the owner ensured that I still had a smooth check-in. This place is definitely a go-to, whether for business or pleasure. It's a 100 from me.

“Home away from Home”
I must say that Candice was an exceptional host to myself and 3 month old baby. Candice made sure that our stay was beyond comfortable and that our every need was met. Our room was actually bigger than expected and very clean. I would definitely be making Utopia my second home in Johannesburg. Keep up the outstanding work Candice and may the good LORD JESUS continue to bless you in all that you do.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Candice (the owner) was very welcoming, friendly, and considerate of our comfort during our stay. The unit is spotless and has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. The guest house is in a secure neighborhood and very private. We'll definitely make use of Utopia again.
