I like the location, originally I'm from Alberton and always struggled finding a place close to home when visiting so I liked it because it was close to home.

The owner made a double booking with another guest on a different platform & told me to cancel my booking after I made the full payment. He then told me I have to wait the 14 days for my refund. I ended up having to drive back & forth from Vaal every day. His mistake cost me to work for free. For over 24 hours he read my messages but never replied

Security estate , very safe , very quiet neighbourhood, friendly staff. You have thw whole place to your self ,it is a home away from home. The owner is just a whatsapp away if you need anything, they dont flood you with unnecessary messeges .

The place was great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-equipped with free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Showmax, a fully functional TV, and all the necessary facilities I required. The kitchen was excellent, complete with a working stove, fridge, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The property was in a quiet and safe area, with plenty of easy parking available. Overall, I had no complaints as all the amenities were provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

I had an amazing stay at The Pines, the property was very clean and I felt at home. I was impressed by the location, it was close to the shops, petrol station, malls and I could see the bus/taxi stop close by (meaning it accommodates people who use public transport as well). The owner was very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the fact that it was fully furnished and had all the appliances I needed and the appliances were in excellent working condition.
