A very nice hotel right in the centre of Albert, Extremely comfortable bed, room and bathroom very clean, with great shower. Staff friendly and restaurant was good.

Rooms at the front can be noisy from street below. Lack of aircon means rooms are very hot & stuffy on hot summer days

Our room was lovely and we had very good service when we had problems with the hair dryer. The breakfast attendant dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. The older woman who checked us in was most welcoming. The food in the restaurant was excellent as always. However I was disappointed to dine while listening to American popular music. As well I found the service a bit brusque and perfunctory which surprised me.

The breakfast was most pleasant. The evening meal was superb in the restaurant below. All in all a wonderful stay!

“Fabulous French hospitality!”
A family run hotel, with friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Great restaurant with homemade authentic food. Very comfortable bed, quiet and great position in the square in Albert .

“Great place to stay”
Lovely hotel, centrally situated, staff helpful. Continental breakfast was great, good selection, good coffee, would definitely recommend. I didn't use the restaurant, so can't comment on that.

“It was ok. We were visiting ww1 memorial sites. Although we thought we we’d been transported to Renes cafe when we arriv”
