“Beautiful house located a few km out of town, in a village type development.”

A beautiful clean house located a little outside of town in a modern ‘village’ type development. The house was equipped with everything we needed from laundry facilities to a bottle opener. There was a pub/ restaurant and a shop within 50 m.

The house was clean offering mountain views fr the living room and a location that is just a short, convenient drive to Lake Wanaka and town and with a four square supermarket nearby.

Its location, the services, the linen, very well presented. The only thing that let you down was the state of the toilet brush. We all make the effort to clean for the next person. Beautiful apartment outside of Wānaka in Albert town. Small 4 square in the complex and an amazing bakery. Along with a pub with great meals Bonus washing machine so we were able to wash and dry everything on the clothes rack

Clean, Modern, convenient to visit Hawea next day, relatively quiet, nice walk down river nearby. Great facilities.

The apartment was modern, in a quiet and private place and very comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area and kitchen and the private outdoor seating area was lovely. Everything was clean and well presented. This apartment was very flexible for bedding, providing a queen bed and two singles which suited our group well.

Excellent Accommodation, a home away from home. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Arriving from Australia we initially couldn't access our emails. They couldn't tell us the key code to get in over the phone for some reason. It took us a while until we could finally get the code to get in.

Great communication with the hosts. Clean, tidy and comfortable facilities. Good location and so close to an excellent patisserie.

Feel like home I can lay on bed to see the stars at night Kitchen stuffs are well and very well considering Love the sunshine full of the rooms feeling Supermarket are very close , so convenient Parking is easy Behind the living zone is a lovely way to river , nice to have a walk with my family in the afternoon !

The location was excellent with a 4 Square, Patisserie and pub/takeaways literally right there ar the front of the property. After a long drive it was great to not have to get back in the car to find something for tea. The unit clean, modern and very warm when we arrived with the heatpumps all ready on. The unit stayed nice and warm during the cold, wet and snowy long weekend. The fenced backyard while small (being a unit) was perfect for the two small dogs we had to go out and have a quick sniff by themsleves without having to be supervised. And there were plenty of walking tracks along the Clutha River immediately out the back of the property. We have added this venue to our list for next time we are in Central Otago.
