No fly screens so have to close the windows. Smell from the cooking lingered in the bedrooms upstairs.

“Everything we needed for a week in the snow”
Warm, clean, nicely decorated townhouse in a small complex in Albert Town just a few minutes drive from Wānaka. There was an excellent patisserie right next door and a decent kitchen for self catering. Property had everything we needed fur a weeks stay.

“Amazing view, great location, good kiwi hospitality”
We loved everything at this property, we were so comfortable it felt like home, they provided very good kiwi styled hospitality, snacks, milk, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, even baking paper! The location was amazing, you can get to four square, cafe, restaurant within two minutes by feet, and get to the river within five minutes walking distance. Will definitely be coming back if we’re in Albert Town again!

Sparkling clean townhouse with modern facilities. We found everything here that we can possibly need. We stayed only two nights, but recommended for longer stays. It has great views of the mountains. It also has a small backyard and a electric fireplace.

Arrived to find the lock box open and door open to the apartment. Easily fixed with a call to reception and sorted within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

Great location just out of busy Wanaka, with handy restaurant, patisserie, bottle store and grocery. Nice view of mountains upstairs. Good for 2 people.
