I do not know what the price is in the future but for us it was below average compared to others in the region but for that we got a superb place! Roomy, huge balcony with mountain AND sea view, many rooms, two nice bathrooms. And this place is not made like a maximum cheap rental place, no, everything is good quality as if it was made for living. Thick doors, very nice bed linens etc etc. Yes, it's a 10 stars place for sure.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the third floor of the apartment building (with an elevator). So it's the penthouse apartment with a big terrace on three sides of the apartment. This also means that you have sunshine on the terrace the whole day. The apartment has a big living room at the front with a fully equipped open kitchen. There are more than enough pots and pans to cook a nice meal. Also enough kitchen utensils and cutlery.. There are two bathrooms, both with a toilet and shower. The washing machine and the air conditioning are a big plus. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with a single bed. It also has a second living room at the back with a sleeping couch. The view from the apartment on the Mediterranean is stunning because it's only a few steps away, only separated by two roads and a railway. There are also numerous beaches, which can be reached on foot within a few minutes. A big supermarket is only a few minutes walking away. The historic city centre of Albenga can easily be reached on foot within 20 minutes.

Perfect flat for a family holiday. Plenty of space for car parking. Great terrace with sea and mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen (including cleaning products). Sea ~150 metrs away (there are both paid and free beaches). Shop ~200 metrs. Super WiFi.

Very large space, tastefully decorated, we did not expect to find such a luxurious flat.
