“Lovely people!!”
Lovely arrival, got a little chat and a rose! Perfect room, comfortable big bed, amazing shower. Everything is new and everything works. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was amazing. Our baby was also entertained with toys during breakfast. Hospitality was amazing! Thank you!

“A truly welcoming stay that made us feel like family.”
What an amazing experience! I’ve never received such a warm welcome at a hotel. The owner came out to the street when he saw us arrive and even offered his own garage for us to park our large Mercedes bus. It was an absolute pleasure meeting these lovely people. The dinner was spot on — one of the dishes wasn’t eaten, and although we told the owner there was nothing wrong with it, he personally deducted a certain amount from our bill. We truly felt like family. A wonderful experience, and such an amazing, welcoming place!

A trip to remember and one of the best hotels @ricaroka._hotel I've ever been to. They have their own restaurant in a small city called #albenga , which is booked out from mornings til supper! Fresh quality, good rooms, good food, good and the best service I've ever got to see in my life ! The hotel is a lil family hotel , the boss and his wife are the sweetest ever and make every wish you have happen. No matter what you want for breakfast, they will make it extra for you and really fresh ! The prices are very decent and good for such good food! I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely room, very modern with all the extras: lovely shower, tv, fridge, large bed etc. lovely staff, couldn’t do more to help and be nice. The restaurant downstairs was lovely, great food and very reasonable prices. The location was ideal too between the beach and old town. Just travelled around Italy and that was our favourite stay!

“Perfect Stay – Great Location & Wonderful Host!”
Amazing stay! The apartment was high quality and super comfortable. The owner was incredibly polite and welcoming. It’s just a 15–20 minute walk to the beach and only 5–10 minutes to the city center. There’s also a private parking garage, which was super convenient. We had amazing coffee and delicious food nearby. Honestly - what’s not to like?

“Actually, a good 3 star place, brand new with some improvements needed on the breakfast service”
The hotel is in a central part of Albenga. The room was really nice, well furnished, brand new and clean. The quality of the breakfast food was allright. There was the possibility to rent a parking space at a supplementary cost; this is a must in most place on the Ligurian coast which has parking problems everywhere, so a plus point.
