“Was ok overall”
- Swimming pool was the best (also the seaside of course) - quite varried food - location - trees all around, quiet. Right next to escalators to the beach

“The worst experience of my life”
The worst experience of my life. I saw public WC's cleaner than our rooms. I don't think the rest of the details are needed giving the fact that we leaved from there because of mold from the bathroom , without getting any money back.

They have private beach and they really check if the people there are from their hotel, so the people which are cadent to their hotel can have a reserved seat and umbrella.

In 10 days no one came to clean the room, in 10.days...omg...🙉🙉. We emptied the bins, We cleaned the bathroom, They were very big spiders. I do not recommend

“Honest review of my stay,”
Nice pool, pool bar, Albena resort is beautiful, with lots of sports facilities. Beautiful beach and beach activities. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. When elevator is working, the hotel gives easy access to the beach. Good parking facilities. Very good reception staff. Still dont know how they coped with all these kids lol.
