Everything was so nice the property , the staff and management especially the Complex Manager Petya Dimitrova, definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Albena !

“Average hotel”
The staff is very kind, the cleanliness is done properly and the hotel is well located to the points of interest, right in the center of the resort, near the promenade street. There are many restaurants and entertainment places nearby, the beach is a 2-minutes walk and the sea can be seen only from the upper floors. The food is better than many other hotels in Albena, but it`s somewhat repetitive.

Thank you for your help and voluntar availability! + nice room, suitable for families of 3-4; We've enjoyed a 4th floor room with nice sea view; + nice pool; + free access to the hotel sea beach, included seabed and sun umbrella. We've missed the availabilty of blankets for beach beds; + nice restaurant with terace and suitable, diverse offers;

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely amiable and helpfull. The food was very tasty and with a lot of varieties. The room was kept very clean. Is was cleaned every day. Clean towels every day.
