Loved everything about this place was super, the staff was so friendly and helpful loved it the kids really enjoyed everything

It was a good value for money. Sufficient food. The pool was good enough. The coffee was good, if you choose well. Albena seems to be in decline, but Hotel Magnolia still functions.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach, shops, and promenade Nice and quiet atmosphere. The pool was great. Friendly staff members.

Good value for money.Frendly staff and comfortable bed .They have an umbrella on the seaside which was a bit far but with the free lift provided was no problem. Beautiful resort money well spent ☺️

Had horrible stay with my family with two kids. Rooms service every three days, we ask for at list clean towels, answer was Sorry no, this is two stars hotel (advertising as three). The hotel is outdated, water pool tiles cracked everywhere. Kids pool - bright yellow pond, rest of the pools full of sand, leaves and pieces of tile cracks. Everywhere extremely dirty, one of the restaurants had poo on the floor, and nobody cleaned all our stay. There was live electricity cable in the room, hided with the pillow. When reported to reception, answer was we will send someone tomorrow. For more detailed description see pictures attached. On the checkout I have been asked to pay extra. My booking confirmation price was 580 Leva they request to pay 720 leva. On my question why, very rudely Martin on reception start to shout and threaten with police, if no pay their requested price. After half an hour shouting and threatening from Martin, Booking.com had been involved and issue solved in our favour. Do not expect quiet hotel, as currently used as international teenager’s camp.
