The hotel was entirely renovated inside. All is new: furniture, towels, bedsheets, etc.Food was excellent in good range of variety. We will come again.

The location is amazing. Albena town has many touristic activities. The hotel is as close as could be to the beach with the room having a wonderful sea view. The room is cleaned every day. The food is more than enough and delicious. The staff is helpful.

I liked that the people in the reception were very kind , helpful and professional. All the staff was good. The wifi was perfect, in the morning I had some transfers for work and the speed was amazing 45 Mb/s (we had a router in our room). The food for all inclusive was good and the menu was changed every day. The pool was nice. And for beverages they were serving some good liquors.

The location is excellent, the food is overall good and tasty and there are quite enough food types. The beach is just outside the hotel, very clean, and umbrella and 2 sunbeds were included in the price.

We liked the position of the room, with view to the sea, the food, the fact that the lady from the reception helped us in choosing suitable rooms for us and for our parents. The hotel is on the beach, so it takes only 1 minute to get from room to the sunbeds.

“It was much lower then advertised.”

I did book for Borjana hotel, I did pay in advance my bill but at arrival I was redirected to other hotel, the Slvuna. They told me that Slvauna is a better hotel. If Slavuna is really better it is hard to imagine how bad Borjana could be. In Slavuna our room was not cleaned during whole stay. Neither garbage bins emptied during 5 days. The floor was dirty from the begining to the end, nobody did clean it. The balcony door was very difficult to open or close. The refrigerator door was unstable and difficult to close. Towels were not changed. Toilet paper we had some supply in our luggage and that was a good idea of us: the initial roll of of toilet paper did finish, nobody put some new roll so we used our own. I strongly advise Booking.com to stop advertising Borjana or Slavuna. When I see a hotel on Booking.com I do believe that what is written there about that hotel is the truth. If it is just a list of good whishes please stop doing that. A printed paper that was given to us at arrival says: " Safe deposit box: For your own comfort and security we kindly advise you to rent a safe-deposit box, which you will find avallable at the reception desk. The hotel is not responsable for loss of personal valuables and belongings, which are not properly deposited in the safe-deposit boxes. Additional charges will apply for teh rented safe-deposit boxes". In plain letter it means that since you enter the hotel you may say goodbye to all your belongings except those who can be contained in those small safe-deposit boxes. It is like "hello, welcome in our thiefs house, give us some protection tax (additional charges) to keep safe a small amount of your ,lugage, at your choice". I must confirm that it was easy for me to fix the shower courtain given to me at the reception desck as to replace the nonexisting one in the bathroom. Since a good number o years we used to spend some days in Albena. Conditions were quite good. This year was a mess, shame o them
