“Everything was under expectations!”
Everything was perfect. The owner Emilio prepared very tasty breakfast. He was very helpful with giving information about what to see. Property is beautiful. Very clean and modern with lot of plants . We haven't seen a place like this anywhere else and we travel a lot. Location very convenient - we highly recommend it.

“Peaceful.Oasis with a wonderful host!”
The bed & breakfast is just wonderful, small but perfect.We loved everything about it, the room, the garden, the pool area, the delicious breakfast with freshly made juice and eggs from their own chickens. There is even a wonderful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, so that guests can enjoy an evening in the garden. But what really made it special for us was Emilio, the owner who was just so very kind and helpful. There was such attention to every detail, and Emilio was so helpful with excellent tipps for exploring the area and for local restaurants that our stay could not have been better. The location is perfect for exploring in all directions.

“Avoid”
Terrible and rude owner.totally unprofessional and drunk some evenings. He has 2 massive dogs which he leaves free and bit people many times in the past. Worst experience not because of the pöace but the owner. Avoid

“Simply wonderful. The host only spoke Italian and we speak English but we still manages to communicate easily enough.”
The peace and serenity were just what we needed. Also the pool and outdoor areas generally were very nice. Also the host was a very nice man and couldn’t do enough for us.

“Amazing. Scenic. Homey but luxurious.”
Emilio and co were amazing. Made us feel extremely at home and we’re accommodating, even when we missed breakfast Emilio still made us our breakfast and coffee. The pool was lovely and super refreshing especially with the heat. Dogs on site were also a big bonus for us and it made it feel even more homey. Only a 10 min bus journey into the heart of Como with a bus stop 2 mins away from the B&B

Luxurious interiors and surroundings. Outstanding quality of all the small things, e.g. induction charger, set of good cosmetics, slippers. Quality breakfast. Discrete owners and staff - for some might be a “-“, for us it’s a “+”.
