“Dream stay - high up on the mountain”

A lovely host and a place. Room was good, view was amazing. Breakfast was among the best I have had during my numerous travels. Scrambled eggs tasted really good, and I fell in love with the local cheese, ask for it if possible. We loved every minute we were there.

“Perfect!”

Everything was amazing! A very picturesque place, surrounded by countryside and mountain views, very easy check-in, attentive staff, the kit net room had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay, the kitchen had pots and pans, enough plates and cutlery, glasses and coffee cups, a small stove and enough to prepare a simple meal. It has a microwave, a sink to wash dishes, a sponge and detergent, I found it very useful since I prepared our dinner and breakfast. Note: bring food if you want to cook because there is no supermarket nearby. The beds are super clean, smell good and are comfortable. Comfortable feather pillow. Large and excellent balcony. Super good shower and large shower stall. It is not luxurious but who said it should be? It is a farm hotel, nothing else and it is rustic. My husband and I really liked it, excellent value for money! Thank you for everything! We traveled with our dogs who are welcome at the hotel!

“One of the best deals we have found!”

We have stayed here quite a few times now while driving between UK and further south in Italy. The rooms are fine though parts look a bit tired. However the cost of the room makes it well worthwhile. Federico is an excellent host and his breakfast is one of the best we have had in Italy. There are a couple of restaurants in the village within walking distance and the views are amazing! Federico also sells some of his own roasted hazelnuts and we always come away with a couple of bags. Parking is on the premises. There is a petrol station in Morro, which we go past on the return trip. I can’t remember where it is going in the other direction. There are vineyards all around this area as it is in the Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbera area. We have stayed with Federico for a couple of nights and toured around a few of them doing tastings and making purchases

“Ideal for a family trip”

Great stay with 2 kids( toddler and a newborn), ideal place as appartment had a little kitchen and separate bedroom, parking for the car. It was quite cold outside, rainy and foggy that weekend but heaters inside works well, so it was warm, however if you travel in winter I advice to bring home slippers as there are tiles on the floor. Amazing and very kind hosts, we felt like visiting a family in Italy. Breakfast was delicious made with local products and homemade cakes were too good! Great value for money!

Beautiful location, overlooking the hills. The room was spacious and had a small balcony. The breakfast was superb! Homemade cakes, meat / cheese. Very tasty.
