Great views from the balcony and supplied BBQ made for some great sunset relaxation. Sunrise over the outer Albany harbour was also spectacular from both the living room and deck.

Location was terrific, walk to Middleton Beach strenuous for oldies on the way back but quite doable. Coffee books and artwork were excellent. Plenty of kit in the kitchen if we needed it. TV worked fine, as did the Nespresso machine with supplied pods. Small shelf of 'essentials' that visitors don't bring such as Tabasco sauce, pepper grinder, oil, dried herbs, etc was thoughtful. Toiletries were classy and smelt lovely.

It was clear a lot of thought had been made into ensuring guest comfort and providing all the amenities you could need from the kitchen, bathroom to bedroom. Very modern and clean and comfortable with amazing views to middleton beach. There was everything you would need to make a lovely holiday even down to the quality shampoo conditioner and body wash.

The views were excellent. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room in the bedrooms for suitcases and to hang clothes. The large bathroom with laundry had a lot of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped and instructions for appliances were available. The place was well maintained including the garden at the front. Birds and flowers were an added bonus.

The property has an excellent view over Middleton Beach. It is exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Check in was easy, the host was available if needed but not intrusive.
