Overview
Middleton Bay Retreat offers accommodation with an enclosed courtyard and BBQ.. This property is a 5 minutes walk from the white sands of Middleton Bay. At either end of the beach are restaurants & bars. 1.5km to Emu Point & 3km to Middleton Beach. Both ends of the beach can be accessed by car or by the cycle/walk path near the villa. Free WiFi is provided. The property includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully self-contained kitchen and laundry. There is a living room with a TV and satellite channels. The main bedroom includes a TV and ensuite with a walk in shower. There is a second bathroom with a large shower and second separate toilet. All towels and linen are supplied. Free parking for two cars is available and there is a shared parking area for boats and trailers. A complimentary bottle of local Great Southern wine is provided on arrival. The nearest airport is Albany Airport, 13 km from the villa.

“Great Beach Retreat”
Sue was an awesome host. From messages with hints for local places to visit, to checking to see how we found the accommodation. This is a 3 bedroom house with a queen and ensuite, 2 rooms both with single beds and another bathroom & toilet. Main bedroom had a comfortable bed and cosy bedding. Full laundry and kitchen with all you need for a comfortable stay. 50m walk to beachfront which you can hear from house. Ducted AC for comfort, a large courtyard for relaxing. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend

“Memorable trip to Albany, Australia”

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. The check-in process was very easy with the lock box, and the host communicated well. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The beautiful touch of a wine bottle on arrival was superb. The location was excellent, right on the beach. But you really need a car to get around. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
