“Comfortable for short stay”
The staff member on reception, Abdul, was welcoming. The room we were given had a double and two single beds, with the double being hard up against the wall. This wasn't what we booked and when questioned we were told we'd been upgraded, although it didn't feel like it. Abdul kindly moved us to an upstairs room that only had a queen bed in it. There was a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was convenient.

“We were very happy during our stay in Albany which has wonderful history and old world charm.”
The room had everything we needed and more. Toaster, fridge, urn, iron and even an extra single bed. There was plenty of electrical sockets and some handy bench space. Also the accommodation was close to many attractions in Albany.

“Inferior Stay In Short = IBIS”
Booked a King Room and Upgraded to a refurbed room with thanks. Pity the upgrade didn’t include double glazed windows and doors that close correctly. Was positioned in rooms upstairs facing Highway. The noise was horrendous. Apart from that next to a stairwell so every room has to walk past mine at all hours. Wouldn’t it make more sense to allocate a one night stay to a downstairs room and longer stays upstairs.

This is a great hotel very close to the cinema and shops . The room itself very tidy and clean the bed super comfy and a free upgrade ( thankyou ) The manager and restaurant manager very nice and polite . I recommend this place , i even extended my stay😁😁
