Albany Waves is 2 minutes' drive from Mount Clarence Parklands and 5 minutes' drive from Albany Golf Course. It is 13 km from Albany Airport. Each air-conditioned villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and laundry facilities. All villas include a living area with a desk, a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Some villas offer 2 bathrooms.

Brilliant location for beach, cafes and wine bars. Facilities fantastic, very comfy beds and all the comforts of home. Little extras (beach towels, Tim Tams in the fridge!). Will definetley be returning and would absolutely recommend for larger families.

Our accommodation was amazing 🥰 LUXURY!!! It was definitely the keyword 🙌 The owner was very clear in her messages and very accommodating to make our stay amazing. A surprise around every corner. This beautiful accommodation catered for our family's needs from Children to the Elderly. I will definitely recommend it to my Family and Friends near and far to stay.

“Great stay at Albany Waves, you wont be disappointed.”
The CSpray villa was clean, new and all cooking appliances we needed were available. Bathroom with heat globes were awesome! Very accessible to city centre and the Middleton Beach. Cant fault it at all 😊

“Perfectly Relaxing”
Loved the location. We walked every day and had so many choices....Beach, Golf Course, Suburbs, Clift top....so spoilt for choice. I also loved that we had a cafe right near our street with great coffee and good food.
