Absolutely nothing. Staff member was pleasant enough but at the end of the day it isn’t his fault that the hotel is horrific!

“Good option for one night stay.”
I always go with Red Roof Inn when travelling with a dog and I need to stay one night only during long trips. Quality is reasonable and price is usually lower than others.

An employee behaved very badly. She refused to return my deposit because the sheets were dirty. I wanted them washed and made clean, but she kept my money. She told me that since I refused to wash the sheets, I couldn't come back to this place. If you stay here, don't sleep on the bed. You won't get your deposit back.

“I didn’t stay. They got $76 out of me and I went elsewhere.”
The place is completely run down. It should be closed. Upon pulling up, I had hope but when I walked up to my room on the third floor, I knew it would be bad. I opened the door and the lock was broken and the smoke detector was hanging from the wall. There were people sitting outside their rooms, smelled like pee, I didn’t even want to touch the doorknob. I checked in and checked out within 5 minutes. I will never be back.
