“Excellent”

The apartment is located in the center of Albano Laziale, with a view of the ruins of the ancient gate—near the famous Lake Albano and the Albano Hills. That’s why we chose it, so we could explore the surrounding area. The Via Appia, which we wanted to walk along, also starts nearby. Rome is about 15 km away, and getting to the parking lot there is easy. The apartment is cozy, fully equipped, and comes with a parking spot, which we appreciated. And a supply of coffee too. Communication with the owner was great!

“Comfortable and quiet place”

Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet place, close to the main road and shops, train station is 5 mins walk away! The parking was also very useful.

Great apartment, big surfaces, many facilities, a beautiful balcony (last floor), nice host, very close (max 5 minutes walk) to the train and bus stations (towards Rome), great value for money. And Albano Laziale is great!

Everything was perfect, the main room , clean , everything we need , nice place , verygood staff especaily Viviana , she helped us in every question we ask, the late check in (1:00 AM) was very easy . the apt. near Lago Gandolfo , and Memi lago , just perfect place .

Very convenient apartment with all the necessary things. Nice interrier, good location, and clear and easy entrance. This is a sweet home and very good hosts. Level is 10 from 10.

Everything was great. Lovely clean, cozy and comfortable room. The room is beautiful, spacious, with a balcony. Everything for living - towels, shower gel, hair dryer, dishes. As well as coffee, water, juice and cookies. Very nice, thank you very much, the stay in the apartment was excellent. The apartment is located near the bus stop to Rome, in the very center of the city, close to shops, cafes and a pharmacy.

Everything was just great. The place is wonderful, it has everything you could need for a short o even longer stays. Extremely cozy, it was just like being back home. Would definitely come back to this place

A gem of a home where everything has been thought of. The town and surrounding area are really worth exploring and the nearby private parking space was easy to use. It was like a home from home.

Apartment is nice and clean. Very spacious with comfortable beds. You have everything you need, it's centraly located only few minutes away from train station. It even has a nice balcony :)
