Breakfast had a good variety of fresh pastries, cakes and biscuits to choose from. Also jam was available. The coffee machine makes not just coffee but also cappuccino and tea. For tea there was a kettle available as well, which was great. There was a small fridge filled with complimentary water (still and sparkling), milk, yogurts, juices, which was always open. At the entrance there is a nice room, like a conservatory, with tables and chairs, where you can have breakfast or just sit down to relax if you wish. Regarding the room, it was cleaned every day and at a very high standard :-) The bed was very comfortable and the wardrobe was huge with plenty of hangers. Also there was a small safe which was perfect for any small valuables. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back :-)

+ helpful, english speaking staff + very clean and modern + close to the train station, only 30 min to Rome + located next to a beautiful countryside with 2 lakes, which may be worth a visit + safe parking with automatic gate + Italian (sweet) breakfast included + small kitchen with fridge to share + early check-in was possible

“Best stay in Italy so far!”
This was the best nights stay I had so far in Italy. Affordable and close to the train station only 30min to Rome. Everything was modern, hosts were friendly and I would definitely recommend this property and return again in futire.
