Very clean and quiet. Beautiful location in between Alaverdi and Sanahin. Armen, the owner, was very friendly and gave us lifts to local restaurants and to Sanahin Monastery.

The host is a special person, kind and helpfull, who loves his job, and it is immediatly clear. This is not only an hotel, but a childhood dream. The room was large with stylish forniture. We had a rich breakfast with homemade dishes. Wake up immersed in a wood has no price.

“Cozy and quiet”

Very friendly and helpful host. Goes above and beyond. We needed air for our car tire and he helped us out. The bed was so comfortable that we are investigating getting one at home. Breakfast was very tasty and more than enough to fill you up. The property is beautiful and quiet.

Staff was amazing, helped us with many things, organized special breakfast. Great service, we will return!

“Gem of a hotel”

This is an absolute gem of a hotel nestled on a quiet wooded hillside above the town. It's all pretty new and decorated thoughtfully and with high quality products. We loved the green forest outside of our window and the owner is lovely too. He was friendly, attentive, and prepared a fabulous spread for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!

The pics are real, the room are very silent and bed confortable. Location is perfect to visit alaverdi and nearby monastery. Owner very friendly, helpful and follow accurate the customers needs. Highly recommended stay in this hotel
