“A home away from home in Alaverdi”
The guest house was just fantastic. Edmundo was really kind, he picked me up from the bus station, gave me the best apartment because he loves Indians and doesn't get many Indian guests..it was a royal 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, lots of light and felt like home..I had a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen all to myself. The house was neat and tidy and had a fully equipped kitchen. The day I left, Edmundo not only dropped me to the bus, he waited till I boarded the bus. A really kind soul. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.

“Very comfortable apartment with a friendly and helpful host”
Edmond is a very welcoming host and he upgraded me to a larger apartment. He lives upstairs and was always quick to answer messages on the Booking app. My apartment was large, spotlessly clean, bright, warm (I was visiting in cold December), with a large sofa in the living room, and had a well-equipped kitchen to cook my own meals. He also told me I could use the washing machine so I did a laundry. The hotel is up a steep hill so Edmond saw me walking at the end of my stay and drove me down to the bus station with my suitcase. Note that on Google Maps this is listed as “ApartHotel in Alaverdi”.

“Excellent”
Friendly host, great breakfast, the owner even prepared dinner for me late in the evening. Excellent beds, kitchen, furniture, bathroom. Very clean. Free parking. Alaverdi is perfect location to visit the convents/churches and the canyon. If I'll ever visit Alaverdi again, I definitely will stay in this hotel again.
