“Great apartment in the best area of Alaverdi”
We loved it. Obviously has been recently renovated and the traditional interior is on purpose. Easy check-in, host very responsible, comfortable and very clean beds. Nice cozy balcony. Honestly, in my opinion this listing deserves a much higher average score. Yeah, there is a water outage between 11AM and 5PM but during these hours you just turn on the booster pump to get water from a water tank. It is not rocket science. This apartment has a reverse cycle AC which works very well indeed. It is a VERY cheap option to stay in Alaverdi area and the apartment is situated in the most central part of the upper area.

It was a nice, comfortable apartment with vintage carpets and furniture, truly the best option to experience a real Armenian traditional household. For my stay here we could go to Sanahin monastary with only 10 minutes walking distance and there are nice restaurant options around, we choose Mendz Er cave restaurant which is 5 minutes away. Our host is also very kind and it was easy to communicate with him, he was very fast to respond. Would definitely come back! Thank you, Mr. Arsen!
