We arrived late and it wasn't an issue with a late check in which really helped after a very long day. The breakfast was amazing and the hospitality great. The buildings and land is fascinating to walk around and explore.

“Totally unique place (not the hotel room)”
The owner is a wonderful source of information about what is a really historic site, which needs preserving for the benefit of Armenia’s culture.
