“Stay here at your own risk”

Front desk clerk , Trey, was very friendly and helpful when we asked for an immediate refund. Booking.com recommendations for this place is baffling.

The front desk man (Tray) was nice and very sorry for us that he couldn't help us by cancelling the reservation. His manager wasn't there.

“Unreliable and dishonest”

The hotel cancelled my booking at the very last minute. I had to find a room in a different hotel at 8pm! A month later I still haven’t been refunded because they aren’t responding to me or booking to confirm they cancelled my reservation. Worst experience, don’t risk it, don’t stay there.

“NEVER ERVER AGAIN!”

Given room was occupied. Initially front desk wanted to check for refund and leave us with no room.. It was a third party booking (via Booking.com) and therefore not their problem I was told. No room available. Booking.com is always overbooking the hotel was the excuse. Manager didn‘t solve the issue told me after 10min looking at the booking system: No room available. It‘s Booking.com‘s fault. I should try with a different hotel they suggested. Only after I called IBooking.com on speaker, the situation changed, even though the customer service initially just took my details. Suddenly a room was found. The room was OK. I don‘t know what those guys are doing there. Maybe seasonal workers with their families. Some really messy. No need to bring your own weed. You‘ll get high anyhow. Some aggressive guys around telling you to back down as booking.com is your business partner. (I was probably not the first one) BTW: One of the two double Beds was broken.

This needs to be published. My family and I stayed for two weeks, every day I paid. We were charged the rent plus we were charged more on the weekends. Plus I was charged $10 every day I paid the rent then I was charged a $3 dollar linen fee every day.. When we washed our own stuff and I was not late to pay. I paid the rent for one full week and had my receipt that said I paid for one week but was told it was wrong. They said I only paid for 4 days. So I paid even more money because there is no one that above the management. Not even corporate. Then when I spoke about the charges we were charged. The manager flipped out and accused me of yelling and being rude to her. As she grabbed my receipt out of my hand and said we have to leave the property.. I tried to call corporate but they didn't care enough about there name to fire that manager and pay me back what is owed .

Everything was clean and the staff very friendly

Close to the white sands national park. It is more an extended stay than a one night hotel for park visitors
