The property is clean and fairly new condition. The bathrooms were clean and fully tiled with hot water showers for both. Large fridge and plentiful bath towels to use. There is good length clothesline in the back which is good to use after doing some washing of wet clothes. No need to hang wet towels or clothes on chairs or railings like in other properties we been to. The parking/carport was decent size and can fit 2 vehicles nose to tail parking. Easy to park in to from street which is concrete and not pock marked. The caretaker Kim is attentive and easily contactable, just make sure you ask for specific property location from him with landmarks prior to arriving since the property doesnt have a street number or signage out the front so you wouldnt locate it yourself even using google maps or waze. But once you know which house it is, not a problem coming and going throughout your stay. The property cost is reasonable as well for the duration of our stay.

House setting, 3 bedrooms in house and then we were able to get an additional 2 rooms at the property. Great for a family reunion which we had. Air con in all the rooms.

The whole house was excellent!!! The rooms, the beds, the garage! We checked out early like 8am kasi we wanna go early sa hundred islands. pero as we dived into the beach pila sa mga bathrooms. We texted the caretaker of the house if we could have a bath in the house and he agreed! Grabe two thumbs up sa may ari nito!!!! I recommend this house, sarap ng tulog naming lahat!
