Everything, the place is amazing! You have absolutely everything you need at your disposal , walking distance to the beach, quiet place, , Yiota is very nice and very helpful,just awesome. I really recommend this place!

This is a very cozy and quiet place, fully equipped with everything you might need for a perfect holiday. When we arrived, the house was already stocked with everything necessary for living — even groceries for the first days. The house itself is very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Outside, there is a wonderful garden with different areas to relax. On the first day, before we rented a car, we walked to the beach in about 15 minutes. It’s possible on foot, but not very convenient, since there isn’t a sidewalk all the way, and you sometimes need to walk along the roadside. The next morning, once I had the car, it was just a one-minute drive. The beach itself is sandy, clean, well-organized, and has a nice bar. The hostess, Mrs. Yiota, is a truly wonderful person! She is so hospitable and always ready to help with anything. She sent me such detailed and thoughtful instructions and advice that I didn’t even need to ask ChatGPT this time :) Although we didn’t manage to meet in person, we spoke often on the phone. She gave us excellent tips and even introduced us to a taxi driver, Mr. Takis. Mr. Takis kindly showed us all the nearby places we needed and even introduced us to some locals. Among them was Mr. Kirakos, the owner of a supermarket in the nearest village — a very friendly and sociable man, always ready to help with advice or action. His supermarket has absolutely everything: from fresh meat and fish to household goods. In fact, all the locals are extremely kind and welcoming! Even Mrs. Yiota’s neighbors, staying in the villa next door, would often bring us fresh fruit from their gardens in the mornings. Everyone knows and respects Mrs. Yiota, and being her guest is an extra privilege. This was the first holiday that absolutely everyone in our family enjoyed — from my mother, who is 75, to my daughter, who is only 8. Thank you so much, Mrs. Yiota! I truly hope to return next year. Highly recommended!

It is cozy country house with a beautiful garden. You have a nice look to a wheat fields, just out of the fence. There are great facilities for a barbeque, especially for a friends companies. The parking just next to door. There is a big sand beach about few minutes by car, and also, "sunset mazatos" about few minutes driving. Just next to this rather beautiful place - "fertility valley" lagoon (see google map) - quite and peaceful place, excellent for sunbathing and swimming. Just need to carefully go down between rocks. From the "sunset mazatos"- also fantastic walking route - in both directions, old road along the rocks along sea shore and wheat fields. There are few supermarkets near the host and also grocery shop just near the road, close to home. Owners are very friendly and keep excellent connection. We got an excellent red wine bottle and meal upon arriving, which was really pleasant.

Excellent location, very quiet place. Very beautiful garden was all to myself. The landlord Mrs Yiota was very caring, she has greeted me with the fridge full of snacks and a bottle of wine. It's a place for those who want to relax in own house and at the same time to be able to quickly reach Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which all are within 20-30 min drive.

We really enjoyed our holiday and the approach of Mrs. Yiota contributed very much. We also appreciated the welcome items - drinking water, coffee, watermelon etc. prepared for us. The garden near the house was also very nice. Thank you very much.
