They gave us a key to open the gate at 1am, but the key didn't work and we had to wait 15 minutes to get in. Also, we tried to call the number on booking and it did not work.

“Friendly, cozzy hotel with a tropical touch.”
I picked this hotel as I went on a business trip to Costa Rica, the hotel is only 2-3km away from the Airport which was convenient and only 2-3 km away from Parque Viva were the event I went to was. The Wifi was EXCELENT! no problems at all anywhere in the hotel which was good for my work.
